Car hard to start but runs sweet once I finally get it going? - injection fo tennis elbow

I have a Hyundai Coupe, a 2.0 injection lobby area. The problem is that recently it will start not only long, I need at least a minute for it to work, but once it makes them softer than ever before.

I have the spark plugs, which solved the problem for a few days, but do again now.

I believe that something can not go with the throttle cable seconds in a field for a description and I believe that is controlled by the engine management system.

any information would be greatly appreciated.
